You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

IOTRUE MICRO SOLUTIONS (www.iotruemall.com)  reserves the right to accept products for return at its discretion. Eligibility of a product for return will be expressly mentioned on the Website page for that particular product

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Policy

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

  • We may cancel the order if the specific product/model is out of Stock.
  • We may cancel the order if the shipping address is not serviceable.
  • We may cancel the order for Any other reason beyond the control.
  • We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. Customer may cancel order if the order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.

Other than above mentioned reason if customer want to cancel the order, before the order has been shipped, customer needs to pay flat 5% order cancellation charge. IOTRUE MICRO SOLUTIONS will refund the amount after charging the order cancellation fees to the customer. Generally, the refund is initiated with 2 Business days. The time taken for the amount to get credited to customer’s original payment method, depends on payment gateway, and varies from 1-14 days.

  • After order has been shipped
  • Customer may cancel the order if Correct product could not be delivered. Customer has to return undamaged with original packing. if customer has opened the parcel, then the returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated after verification within 3 business days. The order returned must accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
  • You can cancel the order if Products damaged during transit and delivery not accepted. then the returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated after verification within 3 business days.
  • We may cancel the order if Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available. In this scenario customer needs to pay flat 5% order cancellation charge along with the shipment charges. IOTRUE MICRO SOLUTIONS will refund the amount after charging the order cancellation fees and shipment charges to the customer. Any expenses incurred for the process of returning a product back to IOTRUE MICRO SOLUTIONS will be borne by the buyer and IOTRUE MICRO SOLUTIONS reserves the right to recover such cost from the buyer by any means at its disposal if the buyer does not bear the aforementioned expense.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

  • Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

  • Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
